How to order
Card payments are temporarily unavailable. Orders are currently paid cash on delivery – when you receive your parcel. What this page says about paying by card or through GoPay does not apply for the time being.
Shopping with us takes a few minutes and you do not have to register. Here is the whole process, step by step.
1 · Choose your products
You will find the products by category in the main menu, or through the magnifier in the top bar if you are looking for a particular name. Within a category you can filter by brand, price and availability, and sort – for example from the cheapest.
2 · Add to cart
On the product page choose a variant, if the product has one (for example the volume), and click Add to cart. You can change the quantity later in the cart. The contents of your cart are kept even if you close the page and come back later.
3 · Check your cart
Click the cart icon at the top right to see everything you have chosen – name, quantity and price. Here you can change the quantity or remove an item. You can also see how much is missing for free delivery.
4 · Fill in the delivery details
At checkout fill in your e-mail, name, address and telephone number. We need the e-mail for the order confirmation, and the telephone number so that the carrier can reach you.
5 · Choose a delivery method

Shipping is free on orders over 49 €.
Payment is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel arrives.

6 · Pay
You can pay online through the GoPay payment gateway – by card or bank transfer. You enter your card details directly with GoPay; our shop never sees them.
With courier delivery you can also pay cash on delivery when you receive the parcel, if it is currently offered at checkout.
7 · Confirmation and delivery
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail – after payment when you pay online, right after sending the order when you pay on delivery. Orders paid online are dispatched only once the payment has been credited. We let you know about dispatch in a further e-mail.
Do I need to create an account?
No, you can shop without registering. If you create an account, you will have your order history and favourite products in one place and will not have to type your address again next time.

Get in touch as soon as possible – until we have dispatched the goods we can change or cancel the order. You will find our contact details on the Contact page.
