Privacy policy
Card payments are temporarily unavailable. Orders are currently paid cash on delivery – when you receive your parcel. What this page says about paying by card or through GoPay does not apply for the time being.
Controller
The controller of your personal data is LINDEA s.r.o., Segnerova 721/5, 841 04 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO): 54641446, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, section Sro, insert no. 161493/B (the “controller”).
What data we process
We process the data you give us when you place an order, register or subscribe to our newsletter: first and last name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, telephone number and order details. Payment data is processed by the payment gateway provider GoPay; your card details never reach us.
Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your order, keeping your customer account and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations, e.g. accounting and tax (point (c)).
- Sending news on the basis of your consent (point (a)). You can withdraw consent at any time through the link in every e-mail.
Retention period
We keep data for as long as necessary for the purpose and for as long as the law requires (e.g. accounting documents for 10 years).
Recipients
We pass the data needed for delivery to the carrier (courier service); payment is processed by the payment gateway provider GoPay. Further recipients are providers of technical services – hosting and e-mail. Some of them (Google, for e-mail communication and for loading the fonts used on the site) may also process data outside the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, to object to processing and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
Cookies
We use only necessary cookies and the browser’s local storage – for the cart, signing in and your language choice. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The map on the Contact page is loaded from Google only after you click it.
