Terms and conditions
Card payments are temporarily unavailable. Orders are currently paid cash on delivery – when you receive your parcel. What this page says about paying by card or through GoPay does not apply for the time being.

Order
Before sending the order you can check and correct what you entered in the cart and at checkout. By sending the order the buyer confirms having read these terms and conditions. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order, which we do by e-mail. The contract is concluded in Slovak.
Prices
Prices are stated in euros including VAT (if the seller is a VAT payer). Postage is added to the price of the goods according to the delivery and payment method you choose; you see the total price before sending the order. The price stated in the order confirmation applies.
Payment
You can pay online through the GoPay payment gateway (by card or bank transfer). With courier delivery you can also pay cash on delivery, if it is currently offered at checkout.
Delivery
We deliver by courier to addresses in the Slovak Republic. Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours – from receipt of payment when paid in advance, from order confirmation when paid on delivery. The current delivery methods and their prices are on the Shipping and payment page.
Withdrawal from the contract
A consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. The procedure, the exception for goods whose hygiene seal has been broken, and the model form are on the Returns page.
Complaints
The seller is liable for defects which the goods have on delivery and which become apparent within 24 months of delivery. Notify us of a defect by e-mail at linstitutlucia@gmail.com or in writing at the seller’s address; state the order number and describe the defect. You are entitled to have the defect remedied by repair or replacement and, if that is not possible, to a reasonable price reduction or to withdraw from the contract.
Alternative dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with how we handled your complaint, or believe we have infringed your rights, you can ask us for redress. If we refuse or do not reply within 30 days, you have the right to submit a motion for alternative dispute resolution to an ADR entity, for example the Slovak Trade Inspection (www.soi.sk). The list of entities is kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic (www.mhsr.sk).
